All that really needs to be said is what Tribeless said, which was better than anything I said anyway:
Surely the most basic human right, in a free world, is for an individual to have the choice on how and when they leave this world. I usually find that arguments against are mystical, moralistic, Christian tosh which would have free men enslaved to an 'other', with all the absurdity that entails.
Although, yes, it is sad, there is also a real strength in Paul's correspondence that is uplifting: an individual meeting life and death of their terms - that's the way of freedom.

Yep, the rumors are true. I broke my foot trying to mosh and ceili at the same time at the Flogging Molly concert on Monday.
